Jim Scheetz with Endless Concrete Design had been making countertops for a few years. After receiving a request for an outdoor countertop requiring a glass mix the Mixes and Sealers 301 class was perfect timing.

The course gave a better understanding of the chemistry of the mix so local sand and local aggregates can be used to create personalized mixtures quicker. This saved a year of developing an individual mixture through trial and error.

“Countertops are a small part of my business. I enjoy resurfacing the most. However, the chemistry I learned from this class can be applied to overlays and give a better performance product to my customers.”
