Steve Rosenblatt of Sonoma Cast Stone to speak at conference.
September 18 , 2006
Raleigh, NC – The 2006 Concrete Countertop Industry Conference will feature Steve Rosenblatt, founder and president of Sonoma Cast Stone and inventor of NuCrete stainless concrete countertops.
Rosenblatt is a giant in the concrete countertop industry. Sonoma Cast Stone is one of the largest concrete countertop and related products manufacturers in the world, with 63 employees and a national network of dealer showrooms. Sonoma Cast Stone offers a complete line of concrete furniture, tiles, pavers, tubs and sinks, including its famous Wave sinks and Ramp sinks, as well as custom concrete countertops.
Rosenblatt will share his success in a seminar on how to price and sell concrete countertops to a luxury market. “I would like the industry to think of concrete as being unique and retaining a level of highest quality,” says Rosenblatt. “I applaud The Concrete Countertop Institute for bringing together the professionals who are going to help this industry continue to succeed.”
Rosenblatt’s participation in this conference brings him full-circle to a vision he had 5 years ago. In 2001, Rosenblatt hosted the first “concrete countertop summit” in Sonoma, CA. That summit brought together the leaders in the industry, including Fu Tung Cheng, Buddy Rhodes and Jeff Girard. The purpose of that summit was to bring together the players in the then-emerging concrete countertop industry and to explore where the industry was going. Now, 5 years later, he is once again part of a larger group asking the same question once again.
Rosenblatt will present on the first day of the two-day conference to be held November 6-7, 2006 in Raleigh, NC. For a complete schedule and details about the conference, visit www.CCIC2006.com or call 866-844-0999.
