What will I learn?
You will learn every step of precast concrete countertop and sink making. Groups of 2-4 students make a full L-shaped kitchen with an undermount sink and cantilever, plus a bathroom vanity with an integral sink. Rubber mold-making is also demonstrated, plus detailed instructions on how to create complex molds for ramp and vessel sinks. Several mold-making and casting techniques are covered, including GFRC, hand packed and wet cast.
Far beyond just a recipe or system for cranking out slabs of concrete, this class is long enough to teach you all of the in-depth knowledge, understanding, tips and techniques to create a high-quality, high-priced concrete countertop that affluent clients will pay for.

This class is held approximately monthly at The Concrete Countertop Institute's
training facility in Raleigh, NC.
